Jobsite address, description of materials, and type of job (public or private). 

Your customer’s company name, their role on the project, and their company address.

A copy of the signed project contract between you and your hiring party. A PO (purchase order) between you and your hiring party does not count as a signed contract. However, MSAs (master service agreements) are acceptable.

Please ensure that the contract or MSA contains the following:

1. Project address
2. Signatures from both you and your hiring party
3. Total amount of the contract
   
   

If the materials being purchased are for a public project, a copy of a corresponding general contractor payment bond is mandatory to move forward with your application. However, a payment bond is not needed if the materials being purchased are for a commercial project.

These dates are needed so we can ensure your materials are delivered on time and can work with you when it’s time for repayment. We understand these dates are tentative, so please provide your best guess. Dates do not impact credit qualification and you can change these at any time.

Please have one of the following, so we can quickly move forward with your project application:

• Supplier invoice or
• Supplier purchase order or Supplier quote or
• Supplier quote

The document(s) provided must contain the following:

1. Supplier name
2. An itemized list of materials
3. A grand total, including tax, of the amount you want to finance
